MJ Horseboxes will accept adverts for horseboxes for sale and promote them on our website free of charge.

We undertake no involvement in the sale of the vehicles. Please DO NOT contact us for further details of any horsebox. In addition, we do not warranty in any way that vehicles are as described or fit for purpose..

MJ Horseboxes reserve the right to remove or refuse an advert at any time for whatever reason we see fit.

In the event of high demand, it may be necessary to impose a limited time period for adverts. We will endeavour to let you know that we are removing your advert and you may apply to have your advert renewed. We will then add it to the queue and await a space. We will not normally remove your advert within 2 weeks. A general time period of 6 weeks will be imposed and you should request a renewal if your horsebox is still available for sale after this period.

Please advise us as soon as your horsebox is sold, so that we may remove your advert and create space for someone else.

MJ Horseboxes accept no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of adverts on this page. If we have reason to believe adverts are misleading or fraudulent we will remove them immediately.

Advertisement copy shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful; shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other Codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority: and shall comply with the requirements of current legislation.
 
The Publisher does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by (a) an error, inaccuracy or omission in the publishing of the advertisement: (b) any failure to publish an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser: (c) the publication of an advertisement on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser whether the actual date be earlier or later than the date or dates specified:

We reserve the right to make any alteration it considers necessary or desirable in an advertisement and to require artwork or copy to be amended to meet its approval.
 
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify MJ Horseboxes in respect of all costs, damages, or other charges falling upon us as the result of legal actions or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of the advertisement,

The placing of an order for the insertion of an advertisement shall amount to an acceptance of the above conditions.
 
The Business Advertisement (Disclosure) Order 1977 requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods, in the course of a business, to make that fact clear. MJ Horseboxes will not publish Trade advertisements
